I’ve been studying yoga, meditation and movement in multiple forms since I was 18 (and that was in 1996, so you can do the math on that). All of these pieces are starting to find form in an online codex of sorts called YogaCraft. One-third is these drawings I make immediately after and informed by, meditation and asana practice. I wake up, meditate, practice, and head straight to the table that holds the writing implements and the paper- mainly scraps of BFK.
They range in size from 2″ square to 8x14″. A form of self-study, these drawings are a living practice.
